My partner bought a £100 necklace from Etsy for my birthday. It is not gold or silver but has a semi precious stone I like. After two weeks it broke. The chain was poor quality and it snapped.
We asked for a refund but they are offering to send another replacement. But I cant help but feel they are just going to send something that will break again.
What is right here?
Also the necklace was bought in America. We were on holiday there for my birthday and DSIL lives there. We live in the UK. This can complicate returning it etc
