Tarot reading possibly?

I am very tentative about this. I have so much to be grateful for but I feel like my general security is hanging in the balance and at somewhat of a crossroads.

Could anyone do a tarot reading and give me a little feedback?

Queen of swords - represents an older woman in your life who will protect you. It can signify self reliance but also that you are suppressing pain from past events. Combined with your next card, which is death upside down - this signifies resisting change, I think it’s the latter. Your final card is the five of swords which can represent defeat or surrender but also self sabotage and self sacrifice.

this is a reading that shows your are clinging on to things and that might not be helping you. I wonder if you put yourself first enough or if you’re trying to pour from an empty cup?

Those are two different things but yes, I'm pushing against health issues to either get back into work or start my own business (and I have loads of ideas there) and I'm working with a work coach from a charity who specialises with my disability atm. I'm determined 2024 is the year this will happen.

The gathering/event must be my DSis significant birthday in a few weeks where all the family are going to be there, a couple I'm LC with, and I have to organise travel and so on.

i couldn’t get a clear reading with three cards for you so I added a fourth, so this may be wildly unreliable.

knight of wands - you have been adventurous and energetic and in the past things have gone better than expected

king of cups - a mature man in your life with wisdom and a generous spirit.

6 of pentacles - represents gifts and generosity. Gifts of time and wisdom as well as wealth. Can represent support or charity.

the card I chose at random for you turned out to be the lovers - this implies you have a choice to make or a dilemma. Temptation may be part of that choice. Your other cards are so much about wisdom that I hope your choice will be wise, but don’t let your energetic side leap at the most exciting option. Your choices may feel contradictory. Rely on the wise and the kind people in your life to guide you.

The tower - this is about fundamental change. It’s likely to feel quite hard at the time.

Wheel of fortune with Jupiter upright - suggests good luck and something positive. So if the tower foretells a dramatic loss or change in your life, this suggests it will be replaced or followed by something good.

Seven of cups - signifies lots of choices and options. Be wary of being overwhelmed or having so many possibilities that you don’t focus.

Thank you! That’s interesting - so many choices and I feel like only one can be right. Trying not to feel overwhelmed is a good focus.

Past was the 5 of swords reversed which suggests that there has been conflict in the past that has now been resolved or is in the process of being resolved.

Current was the King of Cups .He could represent you or could be an important figure in your life, male or female. Cups are linked to emotions and the King is calm and well balanced suggesting that the individual is in control of his emotions and can look dispassionately at a situation

Future is the 8 of swords. Although this looks like a terrible card it really isn't. The woman is only trapped by herself and her belief that she is trapped. Your future self is limited only by your own doubts and lack of confidence. If you can see that and can move forward there is nothing to hold you back

That is really interesting. I’m out of an abusive relationship and things are calming as all my children are also recovering…several years now.

My partner now is very calm which is what I need but I constantly panic that I’m in trouble/too complicated for him. I talk to friends about feeling trapped because even though I love him I can’t quite believe that he’ll keep choosing me. I’m trying to feel calmer and he is being very reassuring.
