Woke up having an orgasm?

I was dreaming that I had been kidnapped by aliens and took away in their space ship, I realise these dreams are odd I’m pregnant and been having very odd dreams, anyways the alien then used a gentle electric shock on my lady bits and I woke up and I was having an orgasm!!!
