I’m going to travel a horse in a rear facing 3.5T for the first time (me, not the horse).
The horse hasn’t travelled for a few months.
It will be a one hour journey.
I’ve heard differing opinions about a couple of things and wondered what your thoughts are oh wise women of the tack room:
-Floor is rubber- shavings or no shavings when travelling?
- Headcollar- a new leather one, or just his usual one (nylon and fleece)
-Travel the horse behind the driver, or behind passenger? (Will be one horse and two humans travelling)
-Any words of wisdom?
Thanks
