Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this livery yard doing random googling today. Just LOOK at it 🤣. It's like a five star hotel for horses and humans. And a snip at only £1500 a month for full livery 😉😉

Having just finished lugging water from the house to our frozen yard, I quite fancy some luxury full livery!

Haha yes it would certainly nice to have your horse there over winter at least. A little winter holiday for the horse and a break for you from doing all your jobs in the cold and dark!! X

There's hardly any turnout space. My TB would have lost her mind there- she used to love a proper gallop in the field!

It's not far from Queen Ethelburga's collage - wonder if they have horses there now the yard on site is closed?

Get a sledge and some 5g water bottles with lids! Much easier, especially in the snow/ice!

Unfortunately I have to use the car as the yard is across a field from the house! We have a huge water tank, but the pump is frozen. Will have to fill the troughs as well tomorrow. Going to be a long winter!

Do you all have to have matching rugs and saddle cloths to fit the boutique tack room ??? I'm guessing they aren't in the end of line cheap knockout rug market even if that does mean your hulking maxi cob boy is wearing pink flowers 🤣

I admit I’m a bit jealous of that arena! And you wouldn’t come home filthy- but neither of my horses would be happy there if there’s no decent turn out. If mine was stabled all the time I’d not even be able to sit on her anyway so wouldn’t get to use the arena..
