London Riding Nostalgia Thread

So I don't clog up the other thread, I thought I'd start a new one where we can reminisce about the hazy (not so lazy) days of our youth riding in London.
I'm off to bankrupt myself buying horse feed so just a quickie from me.
I started riding in 1974 at New Park Riding school in Brixton, (formerly Beaumonts) and thus my urban riding adventures began.

@Astrabees I think I remember Bonnie, I also remember Scooter, Red, Jaime, Clyde and Martell. I remember some some scary Instructors as well!

Nightingales School of Riding, in Buckhurst Hill in the 90s/early 00s. The owner Tom must have been in his 80s. When I was little his dog Mischief would come along on hacks with us. As a teen I mucked out after school in exchange for the odd ride on Ozzy & Heazley. Lovely memories.
