Horse allergic to fungal spores and bacteria

Does anyone know anything about this?! Thought the swellings on her skin were due to an allergy to fly bites but after some horrendous whelts and swellings this summer, she has been allergy tested and this is the result. There is not much information on the web, mostly talks about allergy to pollen so reduce hay etc.

She is currently double rugged as her owner (I loan her) thinks it gets worse without the rugs. But my thinking is that the rugs will be laden with the spores and bacteria so they should come off. She is eventually going to have a vaccine but this takes a few months to be manufactured so I want to do something in the meantime. She is obviously uncomfortable and is not herself. The swellings have been really big and sometimes bleed when the skin is burst :(

I know nothing about this, it sounds horrendous. However has the vet given advice on how to handle it until the vaccine is available? I would imagine they have some useful ideas. Secondly, unless they are newly cleaned or brand new then by double rugging you are creating a lovely warm and possibly damp environment for the bugs to thrive in. Is the horse clipped or clippable?

You could try adding mycosorb to her diet - it might help
