Daisy May came out smaller than expected, so is too small and now she is full grown, our girls are too big for her. She is 9.5 is hands, very dark brown and looks like a miniature horse. Her ideal rider would be small, cute and looking for pony fun on a regular basis. Smile Daisy is a little home bred sweetie who loves cuddles and doesn't have a mean bone in her body.

Experience not an issue, as long as rider/parents are keen. Smile

9.5 hands? That's tiny wee, we need a picture! Can you hire her out as a lawn mower and ornament?!

Seekingapony · 05/12/2012 19:05

How cute!
I am looking for a pony to share, but 9hh is a bit small (I'm 5"7 and 9 stone!)
Good luck finding someone

We don't do lawn mowers! she's only 5, far to young for a life of boredom and borderline laminitis!
Ill look for a picture. Smile

BluelightsAndSirens · 05/12/2012 20:34

Cat I have sent you a pm.

BehindLockNumberNine · 05/12/2012 20:36

Awww, she sounds gorgeous!!

Sadly Colchester is too far, we are in Surrey, and I fear featherlight but leggy dd (age 9) is too tall. Although she would love love love Daisy May that I know for sure.

no pm yet!

BluelightsAndSirens · 05/12/2012 21:44

Not you cat, the other cat Grin

You're about an hour away from us, do you need weekend riding or during the week, ie after school?

frostyfingers · 05/12/2012 22:18

You could probably make quite a lot of money hiring her out as a lawnmower - not many would be that cute!

Doh Grin

Is my little one to little? - she's not 2 until the beginning of February ( but a bit of a dare-devil) and we've recently moved to just outside Colchester.

CatPussRoastingOnAnOpenFire · 09/12/2012 22:22

Sim I'm not sure! Ill ask my friend who's pony it is and let you know. Smile

Sim, dFriend thinks not quite 2 is probably a bit young. There are implications about hip and bone development in children that small riding, and tbh, before about 4 their balance isn't really up to it!

Oh dear, I let grandson 'ride' (not for long but he screams when you lift him off the horse and I feel bad) and he is not 2 until end Jan - he only likes my horse though, not the pony or anything else. He even calls him 'mum'!
