we're thinking of buying a 3 year old Dales pony for dd and me to bring on. He has been turned away since may, but he is a lovely, gentle, easy to catch friendly chap. He's been sat on but no more- responded (we're told) well to that. Lives out. vaccs and so on up to date. Has passport.

What else do I want to know?

I'm late but I randomly came accross this.......did you buy him OP?????

I'm a huge Dales fan and had one for 10 years until I sadly lost him at the end of last year, he was quite simply the best fun I've ever had with a horse in one sturdy, smashing, intelligent little parcel of incredibly talented joy! Some peole were very sneery and snobby about him as he was a real departure from TB eventers and dressage horses I had always had but there was a vacancy and during that time I fell utterly and completely illogically in love with him and he repaid me every single day for my belief in him!!

Anyway if you did I hope it all is going well Smile
