I just turned over by accident and found this!

Watched it and loved it - Piggy found her a great horse in Jack. he was lush. Thought Jennifer has real guts to get on after so long and have a lesson with TS. I would love a lesson with him.

Badminton was cancelled this year so not sure what happens -will see next week.

best bit was when she said to Piggy - "no I don't want to do that again" - I can so relate to that lol x

She must be pretty fit compared to me if she can cope with a full on jumping lesson without needing oxygen.

ObviouslyInvisible · 17/08/2012 11:55

Haha yeah she must be marge2. I go bright red in the face after a riding lesson, but she looked fine!

Very jealous Saggy! Is he based in Yorkshire? Did you ride your own horse for the lesson?

He was. He's moved abroad now. He came and gave jumping lessons at my friends riding school. It was a school horse. Not mine. A beautiful palomino highland, who was an absolute star!

Dh watched this sighing at the thought of having to finance bigger horses in future. Our next door neighbours rang us up to check we were watching it as they saw the PC bit and thought of us.

I was Shock at the girl in pink at a rally though-that would be a huge no no where we go to.

marge2 · 17/08/2012 14:28

My DH kept sying to me 'I think you should go for it ...why don't you jump?' He would change his mind quick as a flash the minute I wanted to spend the day out at an event. He wouldn't even let me go to 'Club Camp' back in the day when DHorse wasn't such a cripple! Grumped me out of it!

Pink jods - just NO!

ObviouslyInvisible · 17/08/2012 17:22

Sounds like a gorgeous horse Saggy. You're very lucky!

As soon as I've had this baby I'm going to invest in a new body protector and summon some guts from somewhere so I can start jumping again. I should have recorded last night's programme, and next week's to use as motivation.

marge2, if he's said it, then go for it! You can always remind him what he said if he starts grumping!

I can finally look at this thread because I've managed to get round to watching the programme Smile. Thoroughly enjoyed it and can't wait for next week's. I too loved the sniffing things (I always have to sniff the cornucrescine) and the faint disapproval of the Katie Price bling Grin. Loved her doing the commentary at the cross-country "great future ahead of her" and then stifling her giggles. Was also a bit Hmm that the woman yanked the little girl who fell off to her feet without taking even a second to make sure she was ok. Could have caused some serious damage if she'd broken something. Jack was really lovely but I think I'd rather have Biscuit!

ObviouslyInvisible · 20/08/2012 15:08

I agree Pixel, Biscuit is gorgeous!
