I need your guys help ASAP!!

I've got an interview in a day and part of it includes a 30mins written task. I've never had a written task before and this only my 2nd interview, I would really appreciate any suggestions and guidance on what the written task could involve.

Would it be an essay (but then 30mins isn't enough for this) or could it be scenarios, if so could you give an examples of both scenarios and any essay styled questions??

Please help, it's stressing me out!

And I'd really appreciate your help, thank youu!!

In the past, I've been asked to draft a response to a parental complaint. I was also asked to write a mock report for a child at a different interview, based on brief information I was given about their attainment in various subjects and their attitude/personality in general.

To be honest, whatever the task is, they're basically looking to assess your standard or written English (spelling/grammar/handwriting etc). I wouldn't worry too much about the content of the task itself, as it could be anything vaguely school related.

As I know, 30 mins written tasks are given just to just to check how you think and communicate.

The task can be:
➡A short response (e.g. “Why do you want this role?” or “What skills do you have to be successful here?”)
➡A scenario question (e.g. handling conflict, prioritising tasks or dealing with a situation)
➡Or may be drafting an email.

If it is shot response, keep it simple with short intro, 2–3 points and with a brief conclusion.
If it is scenario-based, explain the situation, what you will do to handle the situation being professional.

As they just want to see how can you work under pressure, manage your task accordingly. Good luck!
