Hello,

I am currently studying an access course in education. And for my final assignment i have to write a report based upon my own research, my own research is what are the teachers perspective on behaviour strategies that are used within primary schools. This questionnaire can be completed by anyone who works within a primary school.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could respond and fill in the questionnaire to help me.

These questions aren't going to generate meaningful data.

ETA: The sentence structures and punctuation also aren't accurate or very clear for participants to follow.

I don’t know what PACE or ‘Wonder and Emotion coaching’ are. You need to explain what they are if you put them in a survey. You can’t expect participants to research it.
Also, you don’t ask any questions about more common, traditional behaviour methods. When my Headteacher came to my school, he introduced a ‘normal’ behaviour policy because the overly complicated fluffy one in place wasn’t working. Now, teachers are kind to the children but they get told off if they do something wrong and might have to miss their playtime. That’s it. It works.
There is no ‘behaviour team’. I’m in charge of the behaviour in my class.

PACE is not a behaviour management strategy - it’s a relational and therapeutic approach. Anyone using it for behaviour management is missing the point entirely.
