Ambition Institute - any experiences?

I work for another education charity, having spent many years in schools.
I'm looking for my next role and just wondered if anyone has any experience of Ambition and what it's like to work there?

It's one that was advertised recently. I haven't heard back though, so may well not get an interview

I did notice however that they seem to be constantly recruiting, often for the same roles. This isn't generally a good sign. Have you looked on Glassdoor for reviews?

I have looked on Glassdoor, but it's hard to guage. If I look at reviews for my own company, for example, it's easy to spot the people with a grudge.
The constant recruitment is a worry though, I hasn't noticed it. Is that for all roles?
