I'm guessing there might be fewer people and you might not be sat directly opposite them. I take looking around a school as an informal interview as they're still very much checking you out!
I'd still dress fairly smartly and be aware of answering to the best of your ability. Ask relevant questions and appear enthusiastic. Good luck!

An informal interview would be more of a relaxed interview /chat just to get to know you as an individual and why you want the TA apprenticeship - I would go prepared with an answer. They’ll probably ask you what your future career aspirations are too?

Hi there sorry for the late reply I just saw this now , the interview was amazing much more calmer and nicer than I thought it would be I met the deputy head at reception was then taken to a conference room where we waited for the headteacher to arrive which she did 1 minute later she was very warm and calming as she explained things thoroughly . They asked a bit about me and what I know about teaching I told them about my plans for the future and they were impressed they said they would let me know as there were others interviewed 2 hours later I got the call to let me know I received the job . Thank you for your help
