Ofsted if self employed on contract with education establishment

Just trying to get my head around an upcoming Ofsted visit and can’t find much guidance re my dilemma as i’m not a supply teacher.
I’m self employed in a contract to teach functional skills. The sessions are spread out throughout the week and as my contract states at my discretion. This works for me due to other work/commitments. I have a review meeting with the client every couple of weeks. Contract ends in a couple of months and i am not considering renewing.
So how does this work with Ofsted. I get that they can ask to come into any of my pre arranged sessions and this is not an issue. Is it like part time hours that you can only been ‘seen’ if in work? The client seems to think i should drop everything for the few days so i can be at their beck and call during the inspection.
However, am i supposed to avail myself outside my lesson time as, for example if I am teaching elsewhere or at hospital with lady i care for?

i’m confused

you are a part time teacher. correct?

oh i see how

well… for the sake of a few days and given this is essentially your “business” - it would be in everyone’s interest for you to adopt the all hands on deck approach

not really as not employed but self employed… i have a contract to teach functional skills (8 hours a week) Sessions are scheduled around the learners jobs but tend to be the same time each week.

I will do what I can but these are specialist appointments not me having a jolly such as DD ADHD assessment that we’ve waited months for.
Hence why i was asking if anyone knows how it works.

so you have the adhd assessment date?

No I think you are available during your normal hours but not the beck and call of the institution.
You could indeed be contracted/ employed somewhere else during those other hours

I thought this. Thank you for the reply. Not after them failing but can only do so much!
