Hi all,
I work part time and don’t have a class. I take groups of up to 15 children following teacher’s planning in the am and my own planning in the pm. I also lead a core subject. Should I have PPA/non contact time?
Thanks in advance

Of course you should! What release time do you get at the moment?

What sort of contract are you employed on? If it follows STPCD (burgundy book) then yes, you should have PPA. If you have a different contract, then it depends on your contract.

Do you have a rep in school you could discuss this with?

I am also a part time teacher with not one class (cover 7 classes across the school) and I get the equivalent PPA of 30 minutes per day!
