I’ve been creating from scratch and sometimes using things I see on Tes if I can see a scheme. I’ve not found it easy. Does anyone have any advice for reducing planning time? I just feel like I’m Doing it all wrong at the moment!

Yes. You should've had at least one proper meeting with your mentor by now. "Popping in" and "mentioning" things isn't the way forward. You need to know now.

Nope, ive spoken to my manager today so it’s being looked into. At the moment thats all I know
