Who are they expecting to train those civil servants in what to do once they arrive on site? We've all got enough to do as it is.

Oh come on now, anyone can teach, apparently. Civil servants will walk it and will not need any training obv whatsoever.

Why not cancel all OfSTED inspections this term, and send OfSTED inspectors to work in schools? 😉
