Exit interview - should I be honest?

I’ve just left a teaching position at a primary academy due to bullying from the management. I’ve been asked to complete an exit form for HR- how honest should I be or is leaving enough? I don’t want to make anything more difficult for myself as I will have to see these people in the future but I also don’t want them to get away with it. Has anyone been in a similar position before?

I have just left a bullying academy and haven’t even been offered an exit interview.
I wouldn’t tell the truth anyway- just voting with your feet speaks volumes. The senior leaders are many and you are one so they could attack you to defend themselves.
I must admit that I am currently concocting an essay about how shockingly bad some of the things that I witnessed while I was there and when I’m safely installed in my new job I will send to the newspapers (keeping the particular academy chain anon) I think people need to know how toxic the academy structure can be for teachers and children.

Silence will speak volumes. If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.

I had a f2f exit interview once. I'd pre prepared a few lines that weren't totally complimentary. I wouldn't write anything down.

Thank you so much @Hercisback and @Chiffandbip I think you are right. I will just say nothing and move on.
