Hi, I have an interview at a school in Scotland which provides a significantly adapted and supportive learning environment for learners with profound and multiple learning disabilities and often associated health care needs, aged 3 to 18 years old. I am at the moment a mainstream Primary Teacher, although was a SENCO for a while in England many years ago, pre-children.
I wondered if anyone might have any ideas of the sort of interview questions I might be asked? Or any suggestions where I might go to find some helpful info for interview preperation?
Although I have worked with children with autistic traits and dyslexic symptoms, obviously these are in mainstream schools so I am not sure how much further I should or should prepare for a half hour interview.
Obviously they had my letter of application, so know I have no specialist knowledge yet.
I would be grateful for any suggestions of what I might expect to be asked about.
Thanks in advance.
