If so what are you doing with your Guides, if anything, this term?

I'm a brownie leader. I'm really not sure what we're doing with them this term. We didn't get any interest last term at all, so we haven't seen or heard from any of them since March. I've sent an email this week asking if they'd like to do virtual meetings as the weather isn't reliable enough to do outdoor meetings.

Guides here. We're hoping to do meet face-by-face if possible, but already said to the Guides we wouldn't start back until end of September so we could work out what was feasible and because we think being back at school will exhaust them initially.. If not possible then might see in something like a long outdoor meeting once a month at the weekend, I think for our unit and leaders that would work better than zooming (we did zooming and a regular newsletter last term but really only for socialising/keeping in touch, they weren't interested in programme stuff remotely!). Or if the face-to-face is restricted numbers then we might have to split our unit in half by age and have them fortnightly... (although from previous experience this is hard work). Basically, we haven't got a clue yet!

We started outdoor meetings this week. A bit earlier than usual - we typically don’t go back until a week after the schools start - but I planned it when we were only allowed to meet during the holidays and then decided to stick with the plan when that rule changed.
It went really well. We has 12 of a potential 17 girls - I didn’t hear back from the others but I’m hoping they may join in later. We have decided we’re not going to try to replicate an indoor meeting outdoors; we’ll just do our typical outdoor meeting ideas all in a row instead of sprinkled through the term. We did outdoor games this week; next week we’re tie dyeing (which we always do outdoors due to the mess!) and a personal safety UMA based around the local streets. We’re planning outdoor cooking, hikes, geocaching, etc.
The email last night suggested that we may be able to do indoor meetings from the end of the month, but I’m waiting to see the details before I commit to switching.

I'm a Brownie leader and secondary school teacher. We haven't really done anything since closing in March. I sent out some emails with ideas but didn't hear back from any parents.
I'm waiting to see the guidance that is due out shortly to see if we can start to make plans to return but can't see how it can easily work when most of my girls are in separate class bubbles at school. It will be very hard to do the normal activities (craft, games, etc) if we all have to keep apart from each other.

We had loads of success with Zoom meeting last term so we are continuing those, first one tonight and after a tough week they are a real tonic. I left 'guides' feeling so much better.

I am a secondary teacher, who has just increased my hours and I am done in with school!
