Marking the end of term?

I'm a HoD and usually buy smallish gifts for my department at the end of term and we sometimes go out or bring food into school to share for the last few days.

This term is obviously different and we're only in school once a week and a couple of people are shielding so not even in then, though they're obviously working from home. I can't run to having gifts delivered, and I don't think it would be expected or even seen as appropriate. But if I do things like bring in cakes etc those who worked from home are excluded.

Our SLT are crap so the only thanks people will get will be from me. What do I do - how are others marking this in the current circumstances?

Could you do an activity instead, like socially distanced picnic somewhere in the middle of everyone or a department zoom quiz?

I’ve sent my team letterbox brownies. I have a small team and spent £10 on each with an Etsy seller. There are sellers on there selling little letterbox boxes with tea and biscuits and a card for as little as £4.50-£5.00 if that falls into your usual price range.
I know lots of HODs and other SLT have done something similar in my school. We all got something similar from the HT too.
It does feel like an odd, damp squib end of term this year but getting a little something in the post was a really nice treat. I hope my team feel the same about what I’ve sent them.

Just send them an individual thank you email. You could bring in something to share at the start of September.
