On or off? What would your school do?

We had our Parents Evenings last Wednesday and Thursday (one form entry Primary.) We were just told not to shake hands with parents and there was a hand gel station on entry.

Still on. Parents have been asked not to shake hands with staff. 🙄

Ours will be off, plus no whole school assemblies

Ours was cancelled last week. We’ve 2 more coming up that haven’t been cancelled yet but I’ve got my fingers crossed 🤞

My daughter's is this week. Then I have one at school for year 8 the following. No hand shaking from me !

Primary parents evening still on, bloody stupid if you ask me!

Our parents evenings are over. DS just told me that his college are doing parents evenings by telephone in two weeks.

Cancelled at our school - told we'll get the paper summary that's discussed at the meeting sent home instead (always wondered why they didn't just do that anyway). That's guaranteed to get lost if trusted to DD2 the dippy one!

Ours are still scheduled to run. Plus, school is still actively planning to open up for revision over Easter!
All extracurricular activities are still taking place.
Yet adults are having events cancelled across the country.

One at my dc's school is postponed

Ours due this week (year 11) has been postponed. Today years 8&9 are not going in due to shortage of teachers. Years 7,10&11 business as usual, much to DSs dismay!
