Help with Maths no problem!

Can anyone help me with using the Maths no problem books please? I'm a teacher but not working in a school at the moment as I'm home educating my 8 year old son. I bought the books thinking I'd get access to the hub and therefore the teaching guides, but apparently you only get that if you're a school and but the premium bundle!!! Looking for advice from anyone how they use/plan from these books.
Thank you Smile

Teach the lesson from the text book, guided practise is done collaboratively then the workbook independently. I supplement with Third Space Learning (Free) and White Rose.
The premium bundle is too expensive for most schools; we only have a pair of tb and wb per class and photocopy what we need. Unfortunately the answers are online!

Thank you. I've got access to the answer guides but nothing else! Glad I just need the books. I was wondering how any schools could afford the premium package!?!?!

Teach from the text book - the guided practise usually feeds nicely in to the workbook. I also use white rose to supplement. Teaching guide tends to just give you context of the lesson , maybe some questioning etc. Have you got resources to use for modelling ? I think you’d be fine with text book and work book , with a bit of extra sources to extend as and when.

White rose will help (they’re all on tes) and I find the Pearson power maths books easier to follow the small steps & variation / with better examples for my children.

How much do you know about teaching for mastery? The NCETM have brilliant resources and will help develop your subject knowledge, look at the mastery pd materials on there for a start.
