You'd be better going through the person specification and writing one point for each of their specified criteria. Then your application will fit the requirements of the school.

Thank you, in your opinion if you have to give an example girl each point

Yes. It's best to give an example of each of the essential criteria and then if they have desirable criteria, give examples for as many of them as you can meet.

So I'd do an introductory paragraph explaining why the job interests you etc, then go through each point trying to link your skills and experience to their requirements and then conclude with a summary of why you're a suitable candidate.

Teaching assistant jobs can be very competitive so it's best to send in something specific to the school rather than something too generic.

Good luck!

Print out the person spec and write a few examples on it, then type up your answering paragraph until you feel it answers most if not all of it.

One thing that I would recommend, if you don't have any recent classroom experience, is to set aside a few hours with a notebook to thoroughly research your Local Children's Safeguarding Board, google it, they'll have a website, and write down the steps that you as a TA would need to take should you come across anything to with safeguarding - if you can demonstrate that you have made an effort to make this this research, I think that will go a long way - I know that safeguarding questions will make up a good percentage of the interview, you could even take highlighted printouts along with you to the interview, to prove that you have researched the subject and are keen to learn further.

Thank you, working as a volunteer in local primary school since January one day per week also just passed supporting and learning in schools level two, I just need to stand out from the crowd as I have nit got a degree, I have done lots of volunteering over the years, Riding For The Disabled, MENCAP, listening to children read, I have worked in education for 16 years doing a administration job to do with education but after having a life threatening illness which I have recovered from I want to become a TA, which I am very passionate about, any help would be most well comed

Ah that is good, I think the school will look favourably on your commitment to learning and developing your knowledge - have you had a look at the new Primary School degree on the Open University website? Well worth a think about.
