Urgent help with CV

Hello.
It's been bloody ages since I applied for a new job and I have just seen a fab one so am busy doing a CV update and a new covering letter.
It's scary and the pressure is on because jobs like this are rarer than gold dust. Also I need to get it finished before my kids return from their dad's place...
Does my educational philosophy deserve its own little section on my CV or should I rather write about it in the letter only?
And what about the bit that we used to call 'personal profile'? I think it seems a bit outdated now.
I am getting on a bit and have held a number of different positions within teaching, all of which I guess need listing, so I am low on space.
Any and all advice gratefully received.
Thank you so much!!

Is it a teaching job? Are you sure they actually want a CV? A lot of teaching jobs want you to fill in an application form in a specific format.

Hey, thank you for picking this up!
Yeah, it's a teaching job and they are asking for a CV and a covering letter. Oldschool!
I'm on the international circuit if that makes any difference...

Urgh, I’d rather do an application form!

I guess what to include depends on the role. If a bog standard classroom teacher then I would guess they care more about your ability to do the job than your educational philosophy, whereas if senior management then educational philosophy would need to be more prominent.
