Hi

I’m planning to buy some school supplies for our primary school rather than overwhelm the teachers with yet more chocolate.

For KS1, what stationary do you always run out of?

Books. I buy a class book each year. The kids and teacher appreciate it. I bought a colleague a desk tidy and pens and fancy post-it's for her new class. She loved it and it made a clear out of bounds area for the kids.

I feel a bit sad now after you told off Ursula because I was going to suggest an elephant in the corner Sad. However stickers are good or stamps that say oral 'verbal/spoken feedback given'.

Glue sticks! Also whiteboard markers.

Yes, glue. I'm down to one-between-five too and have been buying my own since October.

Also, felt pens. We have none and have done no creative/display work this term.
