I stood on the scales today. Oh lord.

I've eaten out for at least one meal a day every day.

Please say you are all the same.

I've not done well. Second day back and I had sticky toffee pudding at lunch. Got pizza and wine for dinner. Its not been a good day, my first department meeting as a HoD. 1 sent apololgies, 1left part way through...

I've not done well either today. Felt so sick all day that I didn't manage all my lunch but then when I got home I was so exhausted and upset that I hit the chocolate biscuits. At least I've not opened the gin yet

Sorry to hear you had a bad day. I hate the beginning of a school year.

Have done reasonably well today. Greek yoghurt, salad, jam doughnut, burger and green beans (no bun).

My biggest summer gain was 10 pounds. This year I put on 7 pounds but am pregnant so almost get away with it. Blush

Only 3lb, but it could have been a lot worse. We ate out a lot through the holiday as well as going away for a week, half board.

I did also do a lot more exercise as I could get to the gym more to do classes without spending every evening away from the family. I'd go to do a class while my DDs were sleeping (teens and I'd wake them before I went but they'd usually go back to sleep) and wake them up when I came back.

I had a lot of lazy days too though, so I'm glad that it wasn't a lot worse.
I do feel rather bloated though!

Im worse while in school as my downfall is that slump when l arrive home that only shifts with chocolate biscuits. And staffroom goodies. In holidays l walk more and stick to fairly regular meals.
