Teachers - how much 'lunch break' do you get?

As in, time to actually eat (/have a coffee) and not on duty/supervising detention etc. How does lunch break work in teachers' contracted hours?

Ha ha, always timetabled to run a club or meet with school council or mentoring or similar.

None!!

Monday none as I have detention followed by a meeting (the meeting is informal so I usually eat an apple and drink a coffee during it).

Tuesday 30 minutes on alternate weeks which I usually spend sorting out students' problems (I'm a head of year) or meeting or phoning parents or emailing or on an ideal Tuesday just eating and then having a quiet wee - I have no free periods on a Tuesday. On the alternate week I have a - voluntary - meeting with colleagues so no free time.

Wednesday - 20 minutes plus departmental meeting

Thursday - none as I have lunchtime duty followed by an extra lesson. Hellish day as no free periods either.

Friday - 20 minutes then lunchtime duty. Same routine as Tuesdays but for some reason Fridays are always much busier and more rushed.

I am SLT . I do a lunch duty every day bar Wednesday. So on Wednesday I spend my lunch break meeting the students I mentor.
So, I never have a lunch break .

Ten mins max.

I get an hour and I take most of it - probably spend 10-15 mins clearing up/setting up but then sit in the staff room for the rest. I always used to go from classroom to prep room then back to classroom but I started at a new school where almost everyone takes their full break so I did the same. Once a week most of the teachers go out for a pub lunch as well which is great.

Hahaha

Our school lunch break is 30 mins but the first bell goes after 25 mins and we are expected to be at classrooms then. By the time I tidied my stuff from one lesson and set up for the one after lunch, I barely get any time at all.

It's particularly hard when you have a full teaching day followed immediately by training/meeting Hmm

35 minutes per week on Fridays, other lunchtimes on duty, run a club or support sessions.
