To keep things simple, let's say the TLR is £10,000 for a head of department.
If I was to manage to get the job on 4 days a week (so 0.8) - would the TLR I'd be paid be £8,000 or £10,000??
The issues that arise on my day off would be dealt with me on the next day I'm in - so my point is I'm doing "leadership and responsibility" fully, just fitting it in on less days - would stay a late on the others to ensure everything is done and be available on my phone for any urgencies.
I thought I'd rather ask MN than my HT or business manager as just at the early stages of thinking about things at the mo!
