Yay or nay?

I have an interview at ds's school (I am a secretary) and am being given lots of very mixed opinions and experiences.

Do the pro's outweigh the cons?

My mum taught at my school for a while. It was a bit unsettling. Her professional 'teacher' mode was very different from how she was at home and I didn't really like or understand why my mum wasn't acting like my mum. It freaked me out a bit!

I think as a secretary it would be easier though as she would only see you occasionally and you wouldn't be teaching her.
