The panic and anxiety have started! I've never been like this, but I REALLY don't what to go back this year Confused
Two new specifications, one of GCSE and one L3 vocational are going to make this year hell. In addition, we suspect OFSTED will grace us with their presence soon, so everyone is checking on everything ALL the time

I'm counting on anxiety dreams to wake me up at 4am so I can finish the two jobs I didn't manage at school today between 8am and 6pm.
Why am I a teacher again? Confused

I could cry. I am on a 0.6 timetable - I teach 2 subjects to 4 year groups (main subject to Y10-13 and second subject to Y12) . This year have counted I will have 10 different classes!!!
I've been a teacher for 17 years and can't remember so unhappy about going back. To top it all off I've got a schools direct trainee to look after as well... I need to be on it and enthusiastic for them and worry about my ability to do so!
