Supporting Information on a job application form. Advice needed please.

I haven't applied for a job for years so I'm out of practice. I love my job but a dream job has come up and I'm going to apply.

Should I use bullet points in the supporting information section and would I write this way:

Experienced in the setting of appropriate and challenging SMART targets tailored to pupils’ individually differentiated needs and assisting mainstream teachers in the further differentiation of class planning, where appropriate.

Or this way:

I am a good honours graduate with qualified teacher status and 10 years' experience as a SENCo.

I prefer using the first person but repeating 'I' all the time can sound a bit boasty iyswim.

You're applying for a job so you're expected to be boasty!

Most application we get are in the first person so I'd suggest that way. Make sure you personalise your statements with specific examples that show the kind of teacher you are. Any one applying for the job will probably be able to tick off the essential/desired requirements of the job spec so I'd see the application as your chance to illustrate exactly how you tick them off.
