and they all have consecutive interview dates in the last week of term! unlikely I'll get called to all but I reckon I'm strong for two, and I prefer the one with the slightly later interview date! What should I do if I get offered the first one - could I ask them to wait for one day, or is that a complete no-no? it's temp p-t, the second is perm f-t .... so stressful ....

I buck the trend! me, 3 internal candidates, one of whom car shares with HT
they said they didn't get a strong enough idea of my personality and didn't feel I wanted it enough

What odd feedback. Their loss for definite.

Asleeponasunbeam · 22/05/2015 21:23

Oh I'm sorry. That sounds like a foregone conclusion and very stupid feedback x

thanks! I did feel a bit daunted when HT greeted me by name before I introduced myself and told me 'that's because I know all the others'! It was a lovely school though.
