Has anyone experienced a change in the way they are treated since putting in a resignation in their current school?
Since I've let my school know my intention I've received two 4 ratings in a week. One from an unannounced observation. (Never received this before)
I feel that in the space of a matter of weeks I've gone from being rated highly to feeling like I'm back at square one. This has made me feel so low and stressed.

Just wanted to hear people's experiences really.

The general rule is three observations a year, unless you are already on supprt/competency schedules. Are you in a union? Because it sounds vindictive to me.
Have you got the paperwork from previous observations showing your true gradings? That's evidence that they are being foul and unprofessional.

I've spoken to my union and I have paper work somewhere showing better gradings. I'm not on any competency procedures. I've returned from mat leave and these are the first obs I've had since my return. Not including the interview lesson at the new school which was :).

So much stress I feel utterly worthless, haven't slept properly for a few nights and can't get over it.

I've had a sit down with my rep who's only aware of the first rating.

No stress, you are leaving for a new school who wants you, and leaving all the bad shit behind. And you have a baby who thinks you have the answer to everything.
You know that they are being manipulative. That their judgements are biased.

Repeat (with me) - only 15 days left in school until the end of term. Less PPA and any courses, management time, one-offs out of the class and you'll be in single figures before the end of the week. By my reckoning I've got 12 teaching days left. However, I'm being asked to do so many extra things before the end of term and obviously I want to leave everything tidy, I'm preparing for a last week of term in which I don't actually teach much - we're going to have a giant Easter collaborative art project led by my TA while I try and fit in all the things I have to do before I leave!

So just draw yourself up a count down chart and cross squares off each day.

I fear this will be me when i return in November after maternity leave. I have had a stressful time of it from September with my head teacher which coincided with my pregnancy announcement (it altered the head's grand plans so she became quite nasty) and had time off.
I am hoping to return part time - work/life balance needed and also less contact with the head teacher since our working relationship has now permanently changed. But I have a strong feeling she would refuse it in which case I will do my 13 weeks and quit.
Either way, she WILL make every attempt to get rid of me. I have involved Union and she has been forced to stop doing things that cause us stress and too much workload. Last year she got rid of a senior teacher (older, UPS3) because she made it clear she did not agree with a lot of what the head was wanting to implement. She went from being good/outstanding to RI and inadequate.
