I’m genuinely baffled as to why she’s involved herself in this when she could have simply expressed her concerns over the victims and left it at that.

Instead, she’s created a whole new mess for herself, inviting questions and scrutiny when she could have remained entirely out of it.

She really is an absolute PR nightmare.

Sometimes I just want to shake her and confiscate all her communication tools for her own good. She needs saving from herself!

Oh really, what happened to Meghan’s diary of her time in the RF that she found in the sock drawer at Frogmore Cottage when they came back for the Jubilee in 2022? The one she made veiled threats over in The Cut? She didn’t think to note in the diary that she found out her dear father is an alleged paedophile?

The shit stain on the RF will be and is Andrew and the actions taken to cover up his behaviour by the Queen and other members of the RF. The shit stain of pubicly discrediting a victim of sexual abuse and paying her off. There is no bigger shit stain then that. The fact you think her dad is goes to show how biased you are and how much your dislike of her will cause you to go so low.

If it is date stamped and she has a copy, the copy must have the date stamp on it?

The letter from the MET was handwritten? That doesn't sound very official.

TBH, it's quite possible to get years wrong when remembering something and get confused over events. I had to check with an aunt what actually happened in the months after DF died, so events and dates can get blurred and mistakes made.

After this I don't see how they can position themselves as #1 child welfare advocates, #2 inspirational glossy lifestyle influencers or #3 brave 'shining a light' and 'doing the work' on topical issues such as racist RF/toxic RF/archaic RF/unsupportive RF etc etc. All of those avenues seem like a dead end now? They won't even be able to merch the kids now. I don't know where they can go from here other than a descent into Sun Newspaper confessional soap opera fodder of the lowest degree.

Hang on a minute. There has not, as yet, been an investigation let alone a prosecution regarding these allegations. I’m not saying that Tom Markle Senior is innocent. I’m saying he hasn’t been proven guilty. And since he is apparently quite ill, I suspect even if a prosecution is mounted, he may not be fit enough to plead.
It is possible that the 2018/19 letter has no substance, it was a random allegation from a nutter, albeit apparently someone close to the Markle family, though it’s a bit odd how the “apple of his eye” daughter Meghan seems to have taken it as gospel truth. Would you believe something like that about your old Dad? I wouldn’t, I’d want proof. Of course it’s now a convenient explanation as to why there’s been no reconciliation, despite her husband preaching that “life’s too short” and all that. It is possible, as Tom Senior and his daughter Samantha allege, that he is being set up. So before we hang, draw and quarter the bloke, let’s have definitive proof of his guilt.

If I was given a letter with allegations about my dad then I would firstly speak to him.
If the police had shown me a letter with allegations -again, I would speak to my dad. Without being show utter irrefutable proof I wouldn’t just bin my father off.
Surely nobody would abandon their father without cast iron evidence??

Let’s say I did have cast iron evidence -then I would be contacting the police regularly for updates -why hadn’t he been questioned/arrested/had his devices seized/had his home searched.
After some years when he moved to a place known for cheap, available children for sale I would have been contacting many police agencies in the countries concerned (ie America, Mexico & the Philippines)

If I had Meghan level of fame I would not be discussing my dad or anything he did at all with anyone apart from my nearest and dearest. I certainly wouldn’t utter his name in interviews.
I wouldn’t write to him with the salutation ‘dear daddy’ if I intended to keep the children l hasn’t yet conceived away from him.
Assuming I was convinced of the guilt I would warn members of my family -even ones I was estranged from- about these allegations so they too could protect their children/grandchildren.

Why did Meghan never introduce Harry to TM?
Why did TM not fly to the UK at the beginning of May 2018 to see his DD, meet his future SIL, get measured for suit, practice walking MMdown aisle, get acquainted with expected behaviour when mingling with the RF.
Her dad had been cast aside well before this letter that was either sent to her/sent to the police/security services.

What was TM jr doing in the Philippines to miraculously stumble across this hoard of highly disturbing evidence of his father’s alleged crimes? Why wouldn’t TMsr have ensured this was disposed of? You don’t forget about boxes of stuff like that -do you?

Allowed to travel where he wanted?

Why has no newspaper/investigative journalist found out this in the 8 yrs since Meghan has been estranged from her father and all of his family?

I just thought this was a plant so she could make things up at a later date and give them credence by saying they were in her diary.

Couldn't Meghan simply have checked the letter - which she obviously had a copy of - before firing off her statement? And why doesn't she or her secretary or PA keep some kind of diary? That's what public figures do.

Since she couldn't get something so factual as the date correct, it makes you wonder what other discrepancies there might be in her account.

We live in the days of AI. Images can be faked. This sounds like I’m his advocate. I’m NOT. But I am open minded as to his guilt or otherwise until it is proven.

I have no time for Meghan, but I may be prepared to cut her a bit of slack on this one, even though in typical style she is trying very hard to make this a PR disaster. She was made aware of these allegations and says she was assured they were being investigated. If that is true then there probably wasn't much more she could do and I don't blame her for keeping her children from him. But......
JFC what a toxic family! There doesn't seem to be a single member that is a sane person and upstanding member of the community. Meghan's upbringing probably had a lot to do with how she turned out. To have only 1 member of your family at your wedding, then insult your in laws to the world, to seem to dispose of friends regularly and just come across as so inauthentic, it is toxic to the core. William was so right when he counselled Harry to take more time. William hard learned from the Middletons what a close, loving family is like and he knew the Markles weren't it.
