Apparently, Kate said she studied photography at university and her undergrad thesis was photography of children and the Victorian era.
She's been hailed as an excellent and talented photographer even more than for her piano or grocery shopping skills by the British media.
She's the patron of the Royal Photographic Society who have repeatedly sounded the alarm about the use of photography in perpetuating fake news.
Yet their patron has amalgamated photos and issued a manipulated photo stating it was taken last week of (tax payer funded) someone who has been out of the public eye and not expected till after Easter.
It appears her face is from the Vogue 2016 cover. I suspect we'll be seeing a younger looking Kate. See photo.
Even Mumsnet has a warning against changing context of posts when editing. So yes, edit the typos (airbrush etc) but don't change the original context as that is deceptive. Perhaps we should have a lower/different standard for royals.
"Edit your message here Noticed a typo? You can change it here. Changing the context of posts is against Talk guidelines, find out more here"
Should royal photographers be allowed to issue false narratives about the circumstances of the photos of royals? What if it helps protect the public by protecting the royals?
