I wouldn’t normally as she is really lovely and far more ladylike than me. Doesn’t use language or owt. Even more quiet since her dementia began.

It is the first time I have heard her really belly laugh in years. Thank you. 🌻 it was the sandwich bit that tickled her ☺️
