People on Mumsnet threads are not a homogeneous group. There is not group “up in arms” think. We are all different. Some of us, shock and horror, are not white, middle class women.

There are examples in Rome and Italy of ordinary Roman citizens laughing at the elite. It has gone on for thousands of years. It is a part of wide spectrum human behaviour. It isn’t for you, fine, other threads are available.

Could we get Lifestyles of the Rich and The Famous by Good Charlotte back into the charts? It seems incredibly apt.
