I really love them, they seem so beautiful and loving!

I’d like to know more about them. Have only ever had moggies.

Sending hugs x x

Thank you...it was extremely hard...since Simba fell ill I have been looking up ragdolls mix siamese ...sadly they are prone to cancer ..any cancer symptoms are very hard to see in a cat till it is too late

Mine are 10 now, not always friends with each other but today they were snuggling up together. Very good natured cats and very docile. Not street wise like other cats, one of them escaped once and almost had a tragic ending. Must always keep windows shut etc. Some people may think it’s cruel to keep cats inside but this breed really wouldn’t survive long outside due to their calm nature, don’t have fear about cars or jumping out of windows. They also get fleas! even as house cats, it quite a challenge with their thick fluffy coats and You’ll never wear Black again without fur all over it, but they are the best companions and are very affectionate.

My brother has a half Ragdoll and he is a sensational cat. Huge and beautiful and the most docile thing you can imagine - you can do anything at all with him and he just purrs.

My brother lives between two homes and the cat goes with him happily. He chose the breed for this reason.

The cat is highly intelligent as well, and very playful - he loves his toys.

He does go outside, which is a huge source of anxiety for my brother (for the reasons stated by a PP) but the cat loves the outdoors so much DB felt it would make the cat unhappy not to let him out. (I mean this with no judgement either way - i have an indoor cat myself - some prefer to let them roam and take the risks - it's a very personal and difficult choice, I think).

I had never met a ragdoll before and now I am very taken with the breed! Very charismatic and loveable.
