Cat Walked Near Lillies

I don’t know if I am catastrophising but my cats have been playing outside this evening and one of my cats has jumped up onto a large planer which I believe had lillies in it. She loves water and I set the hose to water the planter and she was playing with the water. I only moved into the house last year and so didn’t plant any of the garden plants and don’t know what most are, I took a photo of the plants in the planter which have taken off in the warm weather and google said they are lillies. I’m horrified as I know Lillie’s are deadly poisonous to cats and Google says even licking the water they’ve been in can be toxic, I am 95% sure she didn’t nibble any of the plants (which I’ve now pulled up and binned) but she may have licked the water and would have been standing in it so it was on her paws. The water had only been running 5 mins or so. Stupidly I then thought I should try and wash her paws by putting her in a sink of shallow water but she leapt right out and then went and licked her paws so not sure if I’ve made it worse. The Lillie’s hadnt flowered or even got flower buds so I don’t think there was any pollen but I know that’s not the only poisonous part. I have no idea on the type of lily but I think all are toxic. Do I need to take her to the vet? Is there anything they can do? It’s £400 for out of hours v er consultation but obviously I’ll pay that if they can do anything. This was only about 15 minutes ago and she seems ok but not sure how long symptoms would take to set in, google is full of conflicting information.

I’m not an expert, but I believe they need to ingest lily - so if there was loose pollen and it gets on their fur, they can lick it off which is why you shouldn’t have them in your home, or eat any part of the actual plant. Sounds like it’s highly unlikely your cat has munched on a plant? You have done the right thing to bin them.
