Cat randomly peed on dressing gown

Our female cat who is 4 years old, no health conditions, peed on my dressing gown today, never done anything like this before.
We moved house 6 weeks ago but appears to have settled in and she’s not done anything like this prior to now. She has her litter box in a private area and usually has no issue using it - it was changed 2 days ago.

I’m working night shifts so was in bed when my alarm went off around 3pm - she came and cuddled on the bed with me, then went into the en-suite bathroom and was sniffing around a lot. I’d left my dressing gown on the floor and she suddenly sniffed/pawed at it, then got on and peed on it.

She doesn’t seem to be in pain or having any trouble urinating so I’m just really confused as to what’s wrong. No other obvious signs of being unwell. Does she need to see the vet or is there likely some other reason?

If you've moved it could be territorial behaviour. When I went away for 3 weeks and came back our cat had a pee on some clothes I had left on the bathroom floor. I don't leave anything lying on the floor any more lol.

I would thoroughly clean the area with enzyme cleaner or biological washing up liquid. There might be something in the bathroom she doesn't like the smell of.

Have you used bleach in the bathroom recently? Some cats pee when they smell bleach.

I think its down to the move. All my cats did something similar everytime we moved.
My adult son came to stay with me last month and he woke up soaking, my cat had peed all over him as he slept.
She clearly didn't appreciate someone new in the house.

One of ours occasionally wees on the bed when there's any sort of upheaval such as people he doesn't know staying or when DP was away for work. Do you normally work nights?

I feel like it's cumulative with ours sometimes, so maybe the move then your spate of night shifts might have been enough to unsettle her. Any new cats in the garden or particular stress in the house?

Wash in bio to get rid of any trace and maybe a squirt of Feliway

If there's any dribbling or going elsewhere the vet will be able to check it's not a kidney infection
