Recommendations for wet cat food for soft poops

Hoping for some recommendations!
I've recently adopted some lovely cats, at least one of which who has a bit of a sensitive tummy. Not diarrhea, but his poops are soft and the rescue warned that changes to his diet can result in runny tummy.
Currently they eat Felix as good as it looks wet food and purina one dry food. They're all around two years old (there are three of them!)
To complicate it, one of them is quite thin, the other two are standard cat size. The thin one also came into the rescue having pulled out a lot of his fur which is only now regrowing so ideally I'd get him some sort of coat food, but it's not a necessity (assuming it's over grooming as vet can find no reason for it, so we are also focused on stress free living and good flea control).
All cats eat together so if one changes they all have to.
Any recommendations for cat food? My aim is nice solid poop that doesn't fall apart in the litter tray!

Scrumbles is a good quality mid price brand and has suited our sensitive cats. Both the wet and dry food are supposed to help with this issue.

Katkin fixed my boy cat’s similar issues

Thanks both.
I'd like to hear more about katkins in particular. With three cats it works out pretty expensive - does it make a significant difference? Do they eat wet food too?

I run a boarding cattery and would advise against katkin subscription diet. Its gritty, bland and every single cat that I board on this diet refuses to eat it.
We do use untamed and applawse a lot - they are human grade food and they look appetising and smell much better.
A cheaper alternative is sheba for sauce lovers and the gourmet gold range - they all get gobbled up no problem..

Also, scrumbles dry is good, as is Taste of The Wild Grain Free, but by far the most gentle on the tummy is Purina 1 Bifensis.

I'm very conscious about what I feed, especially if it's a change from their usual diet as I have to deal with what comes out.....

Scrumbles dry as mentioned. Also Harrington's - both wet and dry.
Amazon do an own brand cat food - both mousse and pouches. I can't vouch for their dry kibble though.

Thanks all.
They are on Purina one bifensis for dry, it's the wet food specifically I'm looking to change - I'll have a look at these additional recommendations. (Although would also consider dry food changes if highly recommended - they seem fine eating this one though).
I did talk this through with the vet but it was more about the overgroomer to help his coat and she did mention the high quantity of grain in some wet foods, which they don't need, so happy to explore alternatives (but don't want to spend £100 on two weeks of food that they refuse to eat!)

I'm currently trying to get fussy little brat to try Little Big Paw and Zealandia wet cat foods. Both high meat content and grain free and not TOO expensive. Pets Corner sell them in single pouches & tins if you want to trial them & have one nearby.

He really hated Katkin and wouldn't even try any of them except the fish ones.
Dry food he will eat most of them and he likes Amazon Purr & Meow which is grain free and 70% meat or more and cheaper than Scrumbles.

For the coat, try adding some salmon oil to his food and brushing him gently. Rex's coat is so soft & glossy now.

Thanks. I helpfully live directly opposite a pets corner so popped in at lunch time and got a few cans of applawse chicken - will try your recommendations if they don't like it.
Will also take a look at the higher meat percentage dry foods.
I'm hoping that once his fur grows back is will be as smooth as the rest of him - just a bit suspicious that he has been in the rescue for a long time (since May) and the regrowth is incredibly short - but the vet could see no reason for it (although I've not seen any actual tail or back grooming - only scratching at his neck - so hopefully it will all resolve in the next couple of months)

Both Lidl and Aldi do a grain free wet cat food - but larger stores only and sometimes only in the middle aisle
