Dear me. I was out on the balcony heard desparate meows she was under a car. My friend grabbed her and here we are.

Cora the kitten (then cat) is a cute name 😊

She slept on her daddys shoulder last night. She ate and had a poo. Shes in the back bedroom now as hes gone to work reluctantly. Ive ordered good quality food from Zooplus. What else do we need? I-remember the vet giving mine a flea bath and some worm paste. We are going to try and do it without the vet for now. I just cant face the journey when my own are over due their vaccines. Do you think 8 year old cats still need vaccines? Its such an ordeal getting them there. Whats a cheap but good insurance?

She’s called Akiko (Kiki) she is 600 grams and full of fleas but so active and loud. We love her.

Any sign of number 3?

Yes flea bath I found a 4 week kitten couple weeks ago and gave it a really warm bath and used fairy liquid round neck to stop them climbing up as was absolutely full of fleas. They were still all over his face though and so many that I then did a very quick wash and dunk to get those off and I did buy some flea stuff as although was too young I didn’t know what else to do. Luckily my neighbour had been looking to buy a kitten so I only had him for 3 nights !

I saw a cat chasing a rat this morning and I never had my glasses on!!!

one man has been feeding them he told me there are two and hes never seen the mother. I don’t know if I fully believe him but he’s definitely had them in his garage.

another lady told me that there’s three and she will know if she sees the third one.

Oh No2 looks like my Minnie. Always said that if I got another tortilla, I would call her Minitou.

Gosh I can’t get anything done she’s on me all the time. The others can’t be bothered with her I think they are quite scared.

My old ginger boy is such a polite chap and now she’s taken to pinching his food and running away with it and he starts crying ☹️ and it’s raw chicken (another street cat) which I do t really think she should be eating. Fo you want to see her sister??

Ginger is no bother we love him. Funnily my two girls just blank her but ginger will at least try to discipline her he’s just scared of her. Every time he nods off she appears and starts playing with his tail it hides under the sofa until he falls asleep. We put her in the spare bedroom from 11 until morning to give them all peace to sleep.

Ginger is a polydactyl! I had two tortie polydactyls for many years and ever since normal cats’ paws have looked absurdly small to me.

He is also beautiful. Of course she wants to play with his tail.

What a little love! Did you intend to pass her on to another home but then end up keeping her, or was she always for you? She has landed on her paws, certainly!
Did the third kitten show up?

No it never but we are keeping our eyes open for it.

the first one was the sister and I knew she would be perfect for my friend who was open to getting another cat after losing her boy and she took her within 30 minutes. My flat mate was tempted but I said we had enough on with ours. Then when my friend left and Akiko turned up I couldn’t really say no to my flatmate as he was disappointed not to keep the first. So it turned out well.

She knows she’s in the wrong bed?

is it normal for her to want other cats things. And vice versa as u can see Daphne has gone back to kitten hood as well😀

I'm no expert on cats but I see her coloring has changed to a Tortie .....bossy and demanding...I believe

I’ve put her in her nursery to bed now I’m waiting for my two to come in it’s like musical beds but I’ve got to the point where I have to sleep. They will have to let themselves in through the flap I just have this fear that the will open rue nursery door and she will shoot out. They can do that. Six toes needs his sleep on my £500 chair that is now covered in the most awful looking throws I’ll never get straight again!

Those pesky fleas have come back. Akiko is about 15 weeks now and 1.3 kg. She is undisciplined and likes to create havoc but the others don’t mind her. She loves water which is good because of the fleas she’s had a lovely bubble bath today. She sleeps all night and really follows the big ones on what they do. Feeding wise she eats anything and unfortunately loves a curry and Macdonalds. I don’t know how she got into that habit it’s baffling really she was only about 7 weeks when we met her. Luckily I have got her an account at the PDSA and she has her vaccines next week and her neutering at the end of November. I’m secretly hoping she’s not interested in going out as my girls aren’t. She’s a very content girl. Here is a photo of her and her sister from today. It passes so fast!
