Mine is obviously fond of sitting on my keyboard, originally for shits and giggles. I made the fatal mistake of tempting her off with dreamies Hmm]. Obviously you can guess that unless I put obstacles in the way the little git will sit on the keyboard and scrabble at the screen whenever she fancies, look at me pointedly and flick her tail.

It's like that Eddie Izzard routine before he was awful.

When Cat One jumps on the table next to me, I give him scritches and then get him food. If I give scritches for too long, I get a bite.
If he jumps on the bench and you don’t notice, he will knock something off. Following this, you must give him a snack.
I never leave clothes on the bed.
I always push my chair in.
I keep a feather toy at the top of the stairs for when he stalks me up the stairs. Otherwise he will attack my leg at the top.
I always call him when I’m making the bed because he loves it.
He has six spots in the house with cushions/fluffy blankets.
We leave the blind in the upstairs bedroom permanently raised about 20 cms so he can see out.

I am well trained, Purdy is impressed by how quickly I have picked up the lessons (she has only been with us for about 6 months) I already understand...
stalky, stiff legged and yowling upstairs means that she would like the bathroom tap switching on for a 2 second drink and 10 minutes watching the water and poking a small paw into the plughole.
Dropping a pipe-cleaner on your face at 2 in the morning means that we have to play fetch.
Flopping on the floor/chair/knee or stairs means that she is available for petting NOW

My family laugh while I obediently answer all calls :)

Amazon boxes are never to be thrown away.
They make the only beds that her Ladyship deigns to slumber in.
Bags for life? Bags for the Boss's daytime Siesta 😻

The Cat Igloos/caves/tunnels/climbing frames currently languishing in the Attic?
Are you insane? Get rid 😁

Ours have us very well trained - although they probably think we're a bit stingy with the Dreamies 😆

I automatically get up when I hear him scratching at the catflap because he would rather I opened the door than have to squeeze through.

I always apologise to him after picking him up for a cuddle. He tolerates it but would really rather we didn't.

And I love PP calling cat when making the bed, just because he loves it. There's nothing better than making your cat happy.

We are the same. I have been well trained in the role of cat butler for our neighbour’s cat. She is currently asleep in my window seat - she zooms in every time we open a door! She then finds me when she’s ready to go and needs the door opened!

We have now nicknamed her Baby Reindeer for her stalking capabilities. She looks in every window until she spots us and then meows loud enough to wake the dead!

We turn on the outside light for one of our cats because he doesn't like going out in the dark - he stops and looks up at the switch if we forget 😆

These stories are adorable! 🥰

Next doors cat got me out of bed this morning at 5am, so he could have a nap in his amazon box in the kitchen.

Demanded to leave at 7am when his owner got up and shaked the dreamies at the backdoor. Came back from the school run and the tw-cat had done a shit in my lettuce seedlings.

Tomorrow morning he can yowl.

All good cats train their slaves, they are so good at it, they makes us believe we are doing the cats a favour, when in fact we are doing their bidding!
