Anyone's cat had this? Cheddar has had two doses and is so wobbly she can't walk. How long does it last?

My cat has this for her vet visits. Last time one tablet wasn't enough and the vet said to give her two. One did absolutely nothing, she was still nervous and panicking, and literally clinging to my leg.

My little old tortie has only started slowly moving around more since I gave her some last night and this morning for her blood test. It really hits her too.

My poor old and unwell cat is on it for pain and to calm her. She’s a big chunk and it doesn’t knock her out or make her wobbly, she’s just happily zonked and relaxed. It does sound like cheddar had too much for her size, lower dose might be fine.

Dcat seems completely impervious to it. I may need the horse pill version.

My cat is too! He gets given 100mg the night before the vet and 100mg on the morning and it makes no difference to him at all.

She's slightly more mobile this evening. But still very slow moving. She's had some like e Lix but not sure if she's eaten or drank. Big wee in the litter tray that is in her usual spot and haven't found any accidents as yet. Poor poppet

Spoke to the emergency vet and she said she'd have started her on a smaller dose. She thinks she just needs a bit more time to get it out of her system. Thinks the big dose has hit her a bit hard. Syringed some water into her and she's had a sachet of lix e lix and some more mixed with water.

I expected to pay about £150 to be seen by OOH. But £288 is just obscene,
