Is there such a thing as cat bed and blankets washing liquid?

I want to wash a huge amount of bedding belonging to our old cat. Also in an attempt to dehair it all. When I use the sticky rollers it never seems to remove all hair.

It has just occurred to me that I can:

wash with no washing liquid
wash with non bio washing liquid

Is there any cat sensitive liquid I could use? Just aware that it's will lose most of cat smell after I have washed it so cat may not like it once done? Any thoughts? Thank you.

I just use my usual detergent but no softener

I don't understand why you're choosing non bio? Biological washing powder is what you need, as the enzymes in it break down the smells, stains and possible ammonia from urine. I'd do a prewash, main cycle and an extra rinse. Possibly half a dose of the Dettol laundry disinfectant too. I use biological powder all the time for family and pets. It's great.

It will be classed as clean laundry - which is like a magnet for cats. Just wash as normal and you’ll be fine.

Can't help re cat smell, but to get rid of the cat hair, have a look at Vamoosh - B&M tend to sell it relatively cheaply.

Works wonders dehairing my clothes after grooming my dog, so would with a treat in s bed!

Put a bit of catnip on it once you've washed it and cat won't care about any other smells.

I wash all pet stuff with biological liquid and have never had any issues with cats not liking it afterwards - in fact, they love clean warm bedding!

Try to get the hair off before you wash it if you can otherwise it'll all get clogged in the machine .
I used to keep guinea-pigs and not a fan of fleece bedding as the hay got stuck but I bought a Buddy Brush (rubber bristles ) to brush it and a PetBag which washed it but kept all the debris inside (so not in the machine) . Still has some hay stuck but guinea-pigs are so untidy they didn't mind !

I put mats down under the cats litter trays and wash these in regular detergent , unscented .
