Experience of using flea bombs

My cat has fleas and has been treated via vet. Have also purchased spray for soft furnishings - Iradex? And am vacuuming daily.

In addition I've bought Johnsons Room Fogger flea bombs but I've got a few questions.
Will it stain my carpets, sofa, curtains?
Should I cover up TV?
Is it okay if if I let it off in the morning and then open windows when I come back from work?
When would it be safe for me and cat to use the rooms - bedroom and lounge?

And any other tips you have would be welcomed.

No it won’t stain anything, and no need to cover tv just ensure you have it in the centre of the room away from the tv and in an elevated position (on a chair or something). I can’t say I’ve had much success with them myself, but know others that have. Indorex spray is better for this kind of thing

Indorex is not for soft furnishings. The flea larvae burrow down away from light - you should be concentrating on skirting boards, cracks on floorboards and beneath heavy furniture where you are not regularly vacuuming. Put the heating on, put a bowl of water on radiators to increase humidity, hoover a room first, then spray. Warmth, humidity, vibration encourage flea pupae to hatch. Treat once properly then just continue to use vet treatment in the pet to kill any stragglers. If you have bedding, cushion covers, throws etc best thing is to put them through washing machine.
