Getting through so many nappy bags and wet wipes

Has anyone found an alternative? Two new kittens and going through an abundance of nappy sacks and wet wipes to clean the litter tray. No sooner have I cleaned it and they use it again. I know it’ll just be for a few months but what does everyone else do? It feels so environmentally unfriendly.

It's quite possible that her brown bin IS general rubbish. It may shock you to know that different councils use different colours for different bins.

That's why I said 'If'
She said she put it in food waste bags which also implied it was a food waste bin

How old are the kittens and are they still at the age when they try to eat the litter?

If they're young, some of these solutions will have to wait. Kittens can't have litter that clumps or swells in their tiny stomachs (we use the paper-based sort instead).
