How frequently does your DCat throw up?

Dcat (13) is currently in a period where she is sick roughly every other day over about a week to ten days. No other symptoms. This happens every few months.
Off to the vet we go, sometimes she gets an anti sickness jab and a special diet for a few days. She's an indoor cat with HCM so sleeps alot of the time and only eats what I give her.
Is this fairly typical, I mean, sometimes you get children who are bit 'sicky' so I'm wondering whether this is just a thing that happens to some animals that they're prone to being sickly.

One angry Scottish cat photo attached!

he’s a big fan of Scottish independence and Nicola sturgeon so is currently permanently furious. Not helped by the fact he lives in England and has an Italian name.

he hates us all.

Awww love the Angry Scottish Cat though sitting there is that fetching lavender onesie I can almost hear him muttering in Taggart voice :
There's bin a murr-durrrr

My girl is 9, and spent a year being awfully neglected by exH before I found out about itand kidnapped her back to live with me! She was painfully skinny, and seems to have developed a bit of food anxiety. She eats way too fast as soon as food is put down for her, and will vom a couple of times a week as a result. She has access to dry food and water 24/7, and I’ve now started giving her wet food in smaller portions (half a pouch) 4 times a day rather than a whole pouch twice a day. Seems to help keep the spewing at bay

My old cat was like this. I bought dry food 'For sensitive stomach' and that did help to reduce the occurrences.
